I just ran my first half marathon, and I couldn't have done it without some great new shoes from Emmaus Run Inn. I had issues with the first pair I got there, and they were quickly responsive when I reached out. They allowed me to come back in to swap for a new shoe, even though I had been running outdoors for a couple weeks in the original pair. The time and attention they offered was unparalleled. Top notch customer service. We are lucky to have small businesses like this one in the Lehigh Valley.

As someone who started running consistently, I decided to stop in to Emmaus Run Inn. I was greeted and helped immediately by all the great staff. I was looking for a running shoe that was well balanced for both training and racing and the staff member helped determine what shoes to show me based on my walk/run pattern. She was spot on and I decided to take 1 of the 4 pairs home and bought a pair of gloves since they were 50% off and it’s been cold in the mornings. Would definitely return!

The service here is impeccable. The attention to detail for their customers is very rare when it comes to the shoe buying experience. I was sized for a great pair of Brooks and the owner made sure it was the perfect pair for me based on my foot shape and the way I walk. I am not from the area, but we make it a point to come back here when we are visiting family. We will definitely be back time and time again.
