I recently had a problem with a commercial door on a small office building. I called and explained I could not secure the door. It was late in the day. Ron and his team sent a man out to fix it 30-minutes after I called. The man quickly addressed the problem, I could then lock the door. The man was nice, professional and knew his stuff! This level of service went far beyond my expectations! A big thumbs up to the Jerdon team. Well done!
